Ryan started his journey as an apprentice, and is now a crew manager and is responsible for driving our tampers across the UK.
Graduate assistant project engineer
Charlotte joined VolkerRail through a year placement, and was offered her current role after finishing university.
Trainee maintainer operator
Cloe has worked at VolkerRail for seven years, starting her journey as an OLE apprentice engineer at 18-years-old. Today, she maintains an operates our tampers on site.
Project engineer
Vineet is a project engineer for our signalling division, and his main responsibilities are to ensure the safe delivery of signalling projects whilst working within a wide project team.

Ailsa is currently undertaking a Level 3 in business administration, and joined VolkerRail bevause she no longer enjoyed college and wanted to get real-life experience.
