New appointment to senior management team
VolkerRail has appointed Jacqui Kennedy to its senior management team, as the company’s new commercial director for its major projects division.
Jacqui will work alongside major projects director Stuart Birch and his team on schemes such as the East Coast Maine Line power supply upgrade, Network Rail’s Panel framework and East West Rail phase 2.
Jacqui has been with VolkerRail since, 2007 and previously held the role of group commercial manager.
Commenting, Jacqui said: “I am very much looking forward to working with Stuart and his team to continue and build on the success of the division, as well as working with our alliance and joint venture partners. Joining the senior management team is a great opportunity and privilege and I am eager to contribute at this level, to deliver the aim of exceeding expectations.”
Commenting on the appointment, managing director Steve Cocliff said: “We are delighted to appoint Jacqui to her new role. Jacqui has made significant contributions to the company and this opportunity allows her to continue this success. Along with the rest of the senior management team, I welcome her.”
