National On-Track Machine Contract
We were awarded a seven year framework contract for the supply of 11 on-track machines under the "National On-Track Machine (OTM) Contract" by Network Rail’s Supply Chain Operations (SCO).
The contract provides Network Rail with nine tamping machines, two ballast regulators, complete with full service support including experienced train driver maintainer operators, engineers, training and competency specialists, commercial management, administration, planning and rostering, and HSQE specialists.
We have been supplying OTM services to Network Rail and the wider UK rail industry since 2000. In 2011, we were awarded the first National OTM contract which was renewed in 2018.
This framework covers the London North East, East Midlands and Anglia routes. During this contract we have invested in new OTM technology and increased the contracted fleet size with the addition of new Matisa B66UE continuous action tamping machines.
